Retention
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted or anonymised. Job notes are kept for the period needed to complete the work and handle reasonable follow-up, then erased or archived as Irish law requires.

We do not sell personal data. We may use IT or hosting providers acting as processors under written terms. International transfers occur only with appropriate safeguards where applicable.
Your rights
